Her career spans 25+ years with a primary focus on technology marketing at firms including NCR, SCH, and Cintech. She has been involved in the Customer Experience Management industry since its inception and has helped companies like Cincom build thought leadership and best practices in CEM.

Prior to joining Cincom, Julie ran a boutique marketing firm where she helped small- and mid-size firms get high impact results from their marketing investments.

 Julie has her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ohio University and her MBA in finance from University of Cincinnati.
